EXCHANGE RETURN POLICY:  1. General Terms
This policy applies to all wholesale purchases made on qdbeston@ausplusgroup.com. By placing an order, buyers agree to these terms.

1.1 Eligibility
Only registered wholesale buyers with approved accounts may request exchanges/returns.

Non-wholesale/sample orders are final sale (no returns/exchanges).

2. Exchange Conditions
2.1 Approved Reasons for Exchange
✅ Wrong Item Shipped (Seller’s error)
✅ Defective/Damaged Items (Must provide proof)
✅ Incorrect Specifications (If Seller mislabeled product)

2.2 Non-Exchangeable Items
❌ Custom-made/OEM products (e.g., private-label items)
❌ Perishable/seasonal goods (e.g., food, holiday items)
❌ Opened/used products (unless defective)

3. Exchange Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Contact [qdbeston@ausplusgroup.com] within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
Order number
Photos/video of issue
Requested replacement item

Step 2: Return Shipment
Seller provides a Return Authorization (RA) number within 48 hours.
Buyer ships back items in original packaging within 14 days.

Shipping costs:

Seller covers if error was ours (wrong/defective item).
Buyer covers if exchange is for other reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered).
